My twenty-eight years of family law practice  includes eleven years serving as a Divorce Master in Pennsylvania which provied me with insight of the family law experience from a diverget point of view.  A Divorce Master is an attorney appointed by the court to preside over divorce cases and issue rulings. I conducted these divorce hearings in my office for over a decade.  Litigants and their attorneys came to my office and presented testimony and evidence upon which I was expected to issue a ruling.

Having been in the position of a judge who sits and hears both sides of a case, I am better able to inform a client what outcome is most probable in their divorce action. I am capable of assisting my clients to make informed settlement decisions that can save substantial money, stress, and time. However, if the parties fail to agree on a mutual settlement, I can aggressively pursue your interests at trial. I have extensive trial experience in family law and criminal law matters in addition to my work as a Divorce Master.

I provide my clients with personalized attention. As a sole practitioner, I can give individual attention to each of my clients. I exclusively manage every component of your case and take pride in the attention to detail I give to each case. Care and attention can help avoid problems in filing for divorce, as well as improve the terms of the divorce settlement or final decree.

When you phone my office, you always speak with me and no one else. Visitation problems and domestic violence do not just happen to people between nine and five on weekdays.
